By the time the additionally pictured 10 (?!) multi-storey buildings would be up in that tiny space in front of Oyster Cove Marina the masts there would blow off also, seeing how the current few Kilroy has put up have already turned the wind into an ongoing gale that has even been ripping out docks not just masts across the street at Oyster Point Marina.
Kilroy has lied from the start about its intentions, not just to us people who formerly lived there (myself 16 years), but to the public in general, attempting to present themselves as environmentally and people friendly which is a huge pack of LIES showing devious uncaring backhanded white collar criminals as soon as you do some research and get past that ultra thin veneer.
Letting them get away with even more damage then they’ve already done to the place does ultimately mean complying with their evil ways yourselves. It’s an extremely bad idea.
I would strongly suggest turning down this proposal. And really taking a good look at what their buildings so far have already been doing to Oyster Point and its surroundings. It’s becoming a more and more inhabitable place to be, let alone live.
And I haven’t even mentioned the bottleneck inevitable traffic jam situations they’ve been causing that are only going to get worse and worse. And the huge load on the environment.
Have any of you ever even been down there to see their buildings and their effects?
Have you ever talked to any of the Oyster Point Marina people about how everything’s been changing for the worse since they started building?
Before you give them permission to aggravate the situation even more, you must do some serious research into the actual, real consequences, not the hype that they’re attempting to sell you with their glib lawyerspeak!
Thank you for listening.
