20 Commissioners attended the hybrid September 15 2022 BCDC Commission meeting at 1:00 P.M.
The Commission held briefing by Commission staff and considered potential actions regarding liveaboard boaters that may be displaced by the impending closure of Oyster Cove Marina in San Mateo County. The Commission took no action, but supported the staff strategy. Staff will return with a briefing on planned Bay Plan Amendments. Ms. Julie Beagle, Environmental Planning Section Chief, of the US Army Corps of Engineers, briefed the Commission on the Water Resources and Development Act of 2016, Section 1122 Beneficial Use of Dredged Material Pilot Project. The Commission postponed a briefing on the Enforcement Program improvements and developments.
The Commission held a closed session regarding compliance with Commission Cease and Desist and Civil Penalty Order CCD2022.001, PSG Mortgage Lending Corp. and PSG Capital Partners Inc., Respondents.
